Updated 29 October 2026. This notice covers pilot enquiries to the TOKEXCH project.
Information you provide
The pilot form asks for your email address, company, buyer/supplier/partner interest, contact consent and an optional message. Please do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential business data.
How enquiries are used
We use these details to respond, assess pilot suitability and understand demand and authorised supply. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Services involved
Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions, including spam filtering. Enquiries emailed to our domain are forwarded through Porkbun to Gmail. These service providers may process data outside your country under their own privacy terms. Hosting providers may also process technical request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiries while needed for pilot evaluation and follow-up. You can email us to request access, correction, deletion or to stop further contact. We will review requests and explain any information we need to retain.
Site analytics
We have not added advertising trackers or a visitor analytics script. Operational information processed by hosting and email providers is separate from visitor analytics.
